Custom Forms

Sophisticated and Powerful Custom Forms may be created to address special needs. For example, 24x7x365 Customer-Driven Date-Time Events (e.g. Facility Tours, Wine Tastings, Food Tastings, Weddings, Dinner Service, Ad Hoc Presentations, etc.) may be reserved online using a Custom Form (see example below). After the Reservation Request is reviewed and approved, a Fixed Date-Time Event is created and the Customer is automatically notified of the booking and provided Payment information. Alternatively, if the number of available slots is fairly limited than corresponding fixed date-time events may be created in advance to provide real-time booking.

Reservation and Charging Policies!

In order to book and confirm all reservations, we require a credit card and we charge the full amount upon booking. Once a reservation is booked it is non-refundable, unless there are extenuating circumstances which in our sole opinion justify a refund.
