Our FUNREZ.COM website and web pages are used by Event Agents to describe and promote their Events to be reserved and ticketed by Event Attendees. Our service offers an Event-theme Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) with hardware, software, network communication and customer support to fulfill all Event Agent requirements using a web browser with an internet connection. Typically these requirements involve creating Event Content, setting Event Dates, defining Event Tickets and Prices, defining Event Ticketing Messages, enabling Event Payments, describing Event Venues, and Maintaining Customers.

By accessing our website, you, the user, agree to the terms and conditions we set out here. These terms and conditions may change at our discretion any time, and without notice. All listings, orders and purchases made through this site are also governed by these terms and conditions.
Use of and orders placed on this website are governed by the laws and the courts of the State of California, and by the applicable laws of the United States. The user is also responsible for complying with these laws. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods will not apply. All Order Processing, Payment Collection and Product Shipping are done by our Event Agents who have the Products you may purchase. FUNREZ™ serves as an Online Product Listing Resource (i.e. Online Catalog) for our Event Agents. Our Event Agents reserve the right to limit the quantity of items that you may buy. They also reserve the right to cancel orders at their discretion.
